Paramount's Great America Information

Paramount's Great America, on Great America Pkwy. between US 101 and SR 237, is a 100-acre family theme park combining movie magic with theme park thrills and excitement. Among more than 50 rides and attractions are SURVIVOR The Ride, a reality roller coaster based on the popular television show; a double-decker carousel; Drop Zone Stunt Tower, a 22-story free-fall ride; Delirium, a spinning pendulum-like ride; and eight roller coasters.

Other highlights include roaming Nickelodeon characters; the Australian-themed Crocodile Dundee's Boomerang Bay water park; Rip Roaring Rapids, a white-water raft ride; Kidzville; an aerial gondola; and an antique auto turnpike ride.

Nickelodeon Central has rides, shows and opportunities to meet favorite Nickelodeon stars. Theaters present stage shows, and concerts are held in an outdoor amphitheater. Laser tag, games galleries and video game arcades also are featured.
